StreamGM and global digital wallet tech brand Folio have embarked on an exciting partnership to create a digital membership solution for fans.
Members of the award winning streaming platform in Greater Manchester, that broadcasts emerging culture and music from the region, will have exclusive benefits when they download a digital membership card to their phone.

StreamGM was born from renowned lockdown streaming project United We Stream GM, a cultural fundraising project in Greater Manchester that raised £477,000 for local charities, good causes and creative and cultural freelancers unable to earn or maintain a living during the pandemic.
The not for profit organisation has won a string of prestigious awards including: Royal Television Society Best Digital Creativity Award, CIPR National Award for Best Cultural or Entertainment Campaign and Best Digital Campaign - Northern Digital Awards.
After the lockdowns finished, StreamGM was created with regular live broadcasts on their website and social media pages, featuring vibrant events, DJ sets, music and culture from the region.
While streaming became an effective means of entertainment, interaction, and connection for millions of people during the global pandemic, it has since evolved into a means of broadcasting live events in real time on the internet.
StreamGM’s has maintained a position in the digital broadcasting space, because of their unique ‘Mancunian cultural’ with audiences regularly tuning in from Manchester, London and popular expat countries, such as Spain, America, Middle East and Australia.
StreamGM have launched two new series: MainRoom - showcasing the vibrant, underground, grassroots club nights around the city and Special Edition, a magazine style round up show about diverse, cultural events.
